"Lavore's on the Hill" began as the "Sundance" built in 1984 by the Kerschner, Cavanaugh and Semrow families on the land that once stood St. Paul Lutheran Church. Rudy and Donna Lavore purchased the business in 1994 and in 1998 they changed the name to "Lavore's on the Hill". They remodeled and expanded the menu to include "Certified Angus Beef Steaks® and Prime Rib. Their personal and family background in the food industry have made their business a success. People come from all around to try their exceptional dinners that are not only high quality, but affordable and have you "oooing" when it comes to your table. Donna creates the recipes for their delicious entrees and breathtaking desserts. Over the years, numerous recipes have been created that you can't get anywhere, but Lavore's On The Hill. Where else can you go and sample a new creation before it's put on the menu. Start your dinner with a one-of-a kind appetizer like the Flaming Cheese or Pizzarella Skins®.
